The product provides a free preview before purchase so you can confirm that your export is recognized and see real pages from your own journal.

Technical failures

If you pay and the paid unlock cannot be delivered or the product has a reproducible technical failure that prevents you from accessing the paid journal, contact support and we will investigate. If we cannot provide the paid functionality, a refund may be issued.

After successful unlock

Because this is a digital product that is generated from your own content and can be accessed immediately after purchase, change-of-mind refunds may be limited after the full journal has been successfully unlocked or exported, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Duplicate charges

Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges will be reviewed and corrected.

Payments and refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. For refund or support requests, contact support.
